Question 2 of 8
How long have you been playing golf?
Years playing — rough estimate is fine. This helps us put your equipment in the right context.
Question 3 of 8
What's your handicap or scoring average?
Exact number if you have it — or just describe where you're at. "Usually shoot low 90s" works fine.
Your Bag — Department by Department
Rate your confidence and tell us more about each area.
The more detail you give us, the more precise and useful your audit will be — but please be concise. A sentence or two per area is plenty. A 0 means this department is actively costing you strokes every round. A 10 means it's a genuine weapon.
Question 5 of 8
How often do you play or practice?
Rounds per month and range sessions — rough estimates are fine.
Question 6 of 8
Where does your game excel — and where does it fall apart?
Off the tee, irons, wedges, putting — where are you losing strokes, and where are you holding your own?
Question 7 of 8
What's your upgrade budget for the next 12 months?
Keeps our recommendations realistic. New vs. used preference is useful too.
Question 8 of 8
On a scale of 0–10, how's your mental game?
0 = complete basket case — one bad shot and the round is mentally over. 10 = Tiger Woods circa 2000 — ice water in the veins, every shot is just the next shot.
Required — Your Audit Cannot Begin Without This
Photos of your clubs
We identify every club from photos — no need to list specs in the form. For each club, send a clear photo of the clubface and shaft. If your irons are all the same shaft and general wear, 1 or 2 photos is fine. Natural light works best.
Two ways to send photos:
Option A — Google Drive link (fastest): Upload your photos to a Google Drive folder, set sharing to "Anyone with the link," and paste the link below.
Option B — Email after submitting: Send photos to ryan@golfbagaudit.com with your name in the subject line. Your audit begins once we have them.
No Google Drive link? No problem — just email photos after submitting and we'll get started.
🎥 Swing video — completely optional, but helpful
A 30–60 second clip of any club helps us make more accurate recommendations. We're not providing swing lessons, but seeing your swing in action will be helpful to customize our recommendations. Add it to your Google Drive folder if you have one, or email it separately.

You're in the system.
If you included a Google Drive link, we're already on it. If not, email your club photos to ryan@golfbagaudit.com with your name in the subject line — face, sole, and shaft label for each club. Your audit begins once we have them.
